Hey, I’m Tamara!

I have worked within the accounting industry for over 10 years. I started working at an accounting firm from 17 years of age fresh out of school, while studying a Bachelor of Commerce.

Whilst having the accounting knowledge I love providing bookkeeping services to small businesses. I am a qualified BAS Agent, member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and a Xero Advisor.

A sea change encouraged the start of Mindful Business Solutions as it’s always been a dream of mine right back when I was studying so here we are today & I’m so glad you have discovered me!

optional extras:

  • This involves setting up a xero file customised to your business needs. Once the file is setup, we will provide you with 2 hours of personalised training via zoom to run through how it works with your own transactions!

    Already have a Xero file but still want some customised training? Are you unsure on how to allocate some transactions? Then this might be for you, we can have a 60min zoom call to run through any areas in Xero that you want to learn more about!

  • This is an optional extra that involves assisting with getting invoices/statements out to your customers and chasing up any outstanding invoices.

  • This is an optional extra that involves you sending your supplier invoices through to us, we will then organise for payment, and you will authorise the payments.

  • You may be struggling to process your weekly or fortnightly pay runs, this is where we can help. We will process your pay runs for you!

  • This involves completing a budget for the financial year to estimate your planned revenue and expenses. A budget helps to have a clear picture of where you want to be, make business decisions and to help you achieve your financial goals.

  • This involves completing a cash flow forecast for the financial year to estimate your cash in and cash out. This helps to keep track of the cash within your business. This can help to keep on top of your upcoming bills!

  • This could be anything finance related, some examples include but not limited to:

    • Helping get your own bookkeeping processes in place for your business

    • A monthly zoom call to run through any business/bookkeeping questions

    • Xero bookkeeping tidy up

Fill out the below form or get in contact with us, we will have an initial free discovery call to work out your needs.

Once we have decided we are a match, you will receive an engagement form for signing. We will then gain access to your Xero file (or we will help to get you set-up on Xero). We will begin work and touch base with you as needed. It’s as simple as that!
